Settings for Awaiting Action

Awaiting Action settings are accessible via Left Sidebar / Settings / Configuration / Awaiting Action:

All the verifications in the system are ended with one of the two statuses:

1. Success

2. Rejected

To be successful, verification should comply with various conditions, that are defined by the master user of the company. Here the conditions are defined. If the verification session does not meet the conditions, this session should be checked manually (see Awaiting Action for the details).

The following conditions can be defined and modified:

• Enable or disable awaiting action [toggle]

  • If this toggle is OFF, and the conditions are not met, the session will be automatically rejected.

    • In this case, only 3 conditions can be defined (see below or the details):

      • FAR equals or less than

      • Disable Full MRZ Validation

      • Enable Front to Back Compare

  • If the toggle is ON and the conditions are not met, the session will appear on Awaiting Actions page and verification will be checked manually.

• FAR equals or less than [dropdown]

  • The system compares the user's identified live face via camera, with the face on the presented document. After the comparison, compliance level is calculated, which is represented by FAR (False Acceptance Rate). Master user can define the acceptable FAR level. The higher the level is, it is more difficult to conform to the condition:

    1. Match Level 7 - 1/500,000 FAR

    2. Match Level 6 - 1/100,000 FAR

    3. Match Level 5 - 1/10,000 FAR

    4. Match Level 4 - 1/1,000 FAR

    5. Match Level 3 - 1/500 FAR

    6. Match Level 2 - 1/250 FAR

    7. Match Level 1 - 1/100 FAR

  • The levels represent the probability that the system will incorrectly accept an imposter’s biometric data as the correct User’s data and incorrectly provide access.

• Document review [checkbox]

  • Only visible when Awaiting Action toggle is enabled

  • If the condition is ON and the information is not completely extracted while document check, the session will appear in the Awaiting Action list and will be verified manually.

• Digital Spoof [checkbox]

  • Only visible when Awaiting Action toggle is enabled

  • If the condition is ON and a possible digital spoof is detected (for instance the document is presented via the screen), the session will appear in the Awaiting Action list and will be verified manually.

• Full ID Presented [checkbox]

  • Only visible when Awaiting Action toggle is enabled

  • If the condition is ON and the document is not visible completely (all four corners should be visible), the session will appear in the Awaiting Action list and will be verified manually.

• Presented on PEP or Sanction List [checkbox]

  • Only visible when Awaiting Action toggle is enabled

  • If the company has integration with the list of sanctioned persons, the system will check the person's details against the list and give feedback on whether the user is sanctioned by various governmental and international organizations.

  • If the condition is ON and the identified person is on PEP or is sanctioned, the session will appear in the Awaiting Action list and will be verified manually.

• Send notification Email to user [checkbox]

  • Only visible when Awaiting Action toggle is enabled.

  • When a new verification session appears in the Awaiting Action list, system users of the company will receive an email.

• Enable Front to Back Compare [toggle]

  • If the condition is ON, front and back sides of the ID are compared.

All the conditions can be revered to default by clickingRSET DEFAULTS button. In such case, all the modified conditions will be lost.
