Rejections

All the verifications in the system are ended with one of the two statuses (see Awaiting Action):

1. Success

2. Rejected

When the master user rejects the verification session, all the rejected sessions are listed. To access the Rejections user company should navigate to Rejections through the Left Sidebar:

After navigating to the Rejections page, company user should see the list of the sessions that are rejected:

User can:

• Refresh the list

• View the details of the session (see Session Details)

• Export the list in Excel format (.csv):
